Ingredients

  • Chicken breast-4
  • Egg white-2nos
  • Corn flour-2 tbsp
  • Cooking wine-2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce-1tsp
  • Tabasco sauce-2 tsp
  • Sesame oil-2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce-1tbsp
  • Brown sugar-2 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper -1/4 tsp
  • Crushed dry red chilly fakes-1tsp
  • Ginger(minced)-1tbsp
  • Carrot(cut into strips)-1cup
  • Green onion(chopped)-4 nos
  • Red bell pepper(sliced)-1small
  • Green bell pepper(sliced)-1 small

Method

  • Freeze the chicken and cut into strips.
  • Mix the egg white and corn flour together.
  • Coat the chicken with this mixture.
  • Combine all the sauces ingredients together and keep aside.
  • Cook the chicken strips briefly in the hot oil until they turn white.
  • Add 1tbsp oil in a wok and stir fry the vegetables for 1 minute.
  • Add sauces,brown sugar,chilly fakes and wine to vegetables and bring to boil.
  • Finally add the fried chicken and stir fry it for 2 minutes.
  • Serve it hot.
