Chow mein is a famous Chinese dish made with either one of two different kind of noodles. The two types are; soft noodles, and thin crispy noodles .

- Cooked noodles-200g
- Chopped Baby bok choy-2cup
- Sliced Celery-1stalk
- Onion(sliced)-1no
- garlic-1clove
- Oil-2tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Sugar-1 tsp
- Sesame oil-3tbsp
- Chicken stock-1cup
- Hot sauce-1tsp
- Soy sauce-2tsp
- Vinegar-1tbsp
Steps
- Heat oil in a deep skillet and add onion,celery,baby bok choy and garlic.
- Stir it constantly for 5 minutes.
- Now add sesame oil(1 tbsp),sugar,chicken stock,vinegar and sauces and bring to boil.
- Dissolve the corn flour in 1/4 cup of water and mix it in the skillet.
- Stir until the sauce is thickened.
- Meanwhile cook the noodles in salted boiling water and drain thoroughly.
- Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and stir it for few minutes
- Serve the noodles in a plate and garnish it with some vegetables.
- Serve it with prepared sauce.
