Vegetable noodles
Vegetable noodles is a quick and easy recipe and is healthy also.
Here is how we can prepare the Vegetable Noodles.

Ingredients
  • Noodles-100g
  • Onion-1
  • carrot-1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Cabbage-1/4 cup
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Red chilly paste-1tsp
  • Ajinomotto-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-to taste

Steps

  • Cut the vegetables into long,thin slices.
  • Cook the noodles in plenty of water and drain out it.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chilly paste until its raw smell goes off.
  • Add the vegetables one by one in given order.
  • Add the ajinomotto and soy sauce cook this vegetables for few minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add the prepared noodles to vegetables and stir fry for few minutes.
  • Remove it from fire and serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Notes:Make this recipe more richer ,add paneer or cheese as desired.
