Ingredients
- Noodles-100g
- Onion-1
- carrot-1
- Capsicum-1
- Cabbage-1/4 cup
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Red chilly paste-1tsp
- Ajinomotto-1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
Steps
- Cut the vegetables into long,thin slices.
- Cook the noodles in plenty of water and drain out it.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chilly paste until its raw smell goes off.
- Add the vegetables one by one in given order.
- Add the ajinomotto and soy sauce cook this vegetables for few minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add the prepared noodles to vegetables and stir fry for few minutes.
- Remove it from fire and serve it hot with tomato sauce.
