Indian Chinese fried rice

Indian style Chinese Fried rice is very popular Chinese cuisine in India. Basmati rice is the main ingrediant of Indian Style Fried rice.Fried rice is made from cold rice that has already been cooked by boiling. The non-rice ingredients used in fried rice are greatly varied. They can include eggs, poultry and meat (beef, pork), vegetables (carrots, bean sprouts, celery, peas, corn), spices and peppers, and soy sauce or sometime oyster sauce.
Ingredients

  • Basmati rice( cooked and cold)-4 cup
  • Garlic paste-2 tsp
  • Onion (chopped)-1big
  • Sesame oil-4 tbsp
  • Vegetables(chopped)-2cup(beans,carrot,cabbage,red and green capsicum,fresh green peas and spring onion)
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce-1tbsp
  • Ajinomoto-1 pinch
  • Tomato ketchup-2tbsp
  • Chilly sauce-1tbsp
  • Salt and pepper powder-to taste.

Method

  • Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion
  • When it get transparent add chopped beans carrot,green peas,salt pepper and 3 tbsp water.
  • Add rest of the vegetables(capsicum,cabbage and spring onion)when the beans and carrot get cooked and crunchy.
  • Cook it for another few minutes and remove it from fire.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add rice, when it get hot add the fried vegetables,ajinomoto,vinegar,soy sauce,ketchup,chilly sauce,salt and pepper powder.
  • Mix together and serve it hot.
