Ingredients
- Cooked rice-3 cup
- Carrot-1(cut into cubes)
- Mushroom(cut into cubes)-8nos
- Baby corn-5 nos(cut into two by lengthwise)
- Cauliflower florets-1cup
- Onion(cut into pieces)-2 big
- Capsicum(cut into cubes)-2nos
- Dry red chillies(cut into bits and deseeded)-3 nos
- Garlic (crushed)-1 clove
- Ajinomoto-1pinch
- Salt and pepper-to taste
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- Soy sauce-1tbsp
- Chilly sauce-1 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil in a kadai and add onion,red chilly flakes,garlic,mushroom,cauliflower,carrot and baby corn.
- Stir fry till it get cooked (5 minutes).
- Then add pepper,vinegar,soy sauce,chilly sauce,salt, ajinomoto and mix it together.
- Cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add capsicum and cook until crispy( not overcooked).
- Now add cooked rice and mix well.
- Add salt,pepper and sauces if required.
