Chinese pulao
Pulao  is a famous Asian cuisine especially famous across Asia and Middle East.Here is how we can prepare Chinese Pulao.

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice-3 cup
  • Carrot-1(cut into cubes)
  • Mushroom(cut into cubes)-8nos
  • Baby corn-5 nos(cut into two by lengthwise)
  • Cauliflower florets-1cup
  • Onion(cut into pieces)-2 big
  • Capsicum(cut into cubes)-2nos
  • Dry red chillies(cut into bits and deseeded)-3 nos
  • Garlic (crushed)-1 clove
  • Ajinomoto-1pinch
  • Salt and pepper-to taste
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce-1tbsp
  • Chilly sauce-1 tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil in a kadai and add onion,red chilly flakes,garlic,mushroom,cauliflower,carrot and baby corn.
  • Stir fry till it get cooked (5 minutes).
  • Then add pepper,vinegar,soy sauce,chilly sauce,salt, ajinomoto and mix it together.
  • Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Add capsicum and cook until crispy( not  overcooked).
  • Now add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Add salt,pepper and sauces if required.
