Chinese Celery salad
This is a cool and crispy salad made of Celery.Here is the recipe of Celery Salad.
Ingredients

• Celery-1 bunch
• Soy sauce-2 tbsp
• Chines vinegar-1tsp
• Salt-1/4 tsp
• Sesame oil-2 tbsp
• Sugar-1 tbsp

Method

• Wash and remove the root of the celery.
• Cut into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute.
• Drain and keep it in a serving dish.
• Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the celery.
• Serve it chilled
