Chow mein is a famous Chinese dish made with either one of two different kind of noodles. The two types are; soft noodles, and thin crispy noodles .Here is how we can prepare Chicken chow mien.

- Boneless,skinless chicken breast-2
- Oyster sauce-2tbsp
- Soy sauce-2tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
- Egg noodles-1/2 pound
- Celery-1 stalk
- White onion(sliced)-1/2no
- Cabbage(sliced)-2cup
- Spring onion(sliced)-1
- Garlic-2 clove
- Sesame oil-4 tbsp
- Salt-to taste
- Black pepper-1 tsp
- Mung bean sprouts-1/2 cup
- Sodium chicken broth-1/4.
Method
- Cut the chicken into thin sliced strips.
- Soften the noodles by boil them in salted water and drain thoroughly
- Fry the noodles in 2 tbsp sesame oil until golden brown.
- Stir fry the meat until its redness disappears or it get cooked.
- Now add the rest of the vegetables and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Make a dip at the middle of it and add Sauces,corn flour(dissolved in water),pepper powder and salt.
- Stir and mix it together.
- Add fried noodles,mung bean sprouts and mix together.
- Now it is ready to serve.
