Chinese fried rice
Chinese fried rice is very popular Chinese cuisine across the glob and is made from rice stir fried in a wok with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables and some kinds of meat.Fried rice is made from cold rice that has already been cooked by boiling. The non-rice ingredients used in fried rice are greatly varied. They can include eggs, poultry and meat (beef, pork), vegetables (carrots, bean sprouts, celery, peas, corn), spices and peppers, and soy sauce or sometime oyster sauce.
Here is the recipe to prepare Fried Rice.
Ingredients

  • Rice-2 cup
  • Oil-3 tbsp
  • Egg-1 no
  • Vegetables-Beans,carrot,Green onion and cabbage(finely chopped)
  • Ginger & garlic paste-2 tsp
  • Soy sauce-2 tbsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Pepper powder-2tsp

Method

  • Make the egg into scrambled and keep aside.
  • Wash and soak  the rice for 15 minutes.
  • Cook it in plenty of water with some salt.
  • Cook  uncovered on low flame till it get tender.
  • Drain and add some cold water and drain out it again and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add pepper and salt.
  • Now add cooked rice,scrambled egg,soy sauce and mix it together.
  • Cook it for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
