- Boneless chicken-500 gm
- Oil-for deep fry
- Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
- Capsicum(chopped)-4 tbsp
- Sugar-1/2 tsp
- Garlic(chopped)-2 tbsp
- Ginger(chopped)-2 tbsp
- Corn flour-4 tbsp
- Chicken stock-1 cup
- Beaten egg-1 no
- All purpose flour-2 tbsp
- Ajinomotto-1/4 tsp
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves-a few
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut the chicken into 1 inch sized cubes.
- Mix the corn flour,all purpose flour,salt and pepper powder in beaten egg and stir well.
- Dip the chicken pieces in this batter and deep fry until golden brown.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan(for manchurian sauce) and fry ginger and garlic.
- When it colour changed add capsicum and 1tbsp coriander leaves(chopped).
- After 1 minute add chicken stock,sugar,soy sauce,pepper and ajinomotto.
- When it start to boil add corn flour(dissolved in water) and boil it another few second.
- Add fried chicken and cook it for few seconds.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
