Chinese  Egg spring roll
Spring roll is either eaten fresh or fried in some countries.Spring rolls also come in a number of varieties. They can generally be divided into fried and non-fried varieties.Chicken spring roll,Beef spring roll ,Vegetable Spring roll ,Egg Spring Roll and Pork Spring rolls are famous across the world.

Here is how we can prepare the Chinese Egg Spring Roll.

Ingredients
  • Ground pork-1 pound
  • Soy sauce-1tbsp
  • Corn flour-1 tbsp
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil-1 tbsp
  • Cabbage (shredded)-1/2 head of cabbage
  • Carrot-2 big
  • Chines dry mushroom-10
  • Garlic(finely chopped)-2 clove
  • Ginger(finely chopped)-1 tsp
  • Chines rice wine-1 tbsp
  • Chines vinegar-1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce-2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil-1 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black powder-1 tsp
  • Egg roll wrappers-1  package
  • All purpose flour-2 tbsp
Method of Preperation
  • Cut the pork into thin strips and marinate it with soy sauce,sugar,corn flour,sesame oil and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the carrot and mushroom into thin strips.
  • Make a thick paste with all purpose flour and water.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic till its fragrance came out.
  • Now add the pork and stir fry until its pink color disappears.
  • Add cabbage,carrot and mushroom, stir fry for  few seconds.
  • Add rice wine,soy sauce,chines vinegar,black pepper and salt,stir fry it another 1 minute.
  • Remove the filling to a baking sheet,spread out and allow it to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Take out one egg roll wrapper and put 2 tbsp filling at the center of it.
  • Lift first corner (the side facing you) roll and tuck it firmly under the filling.
  • Fold the second and third corners towards the middle.
  • Brush some early prepared paste on the fourth side of the wrap and roll it firmly.
