Here is a simple recipe to make Oats cutlet
Ingredients
- White oats-1& 1/2cup
- Green peas-1/2 cup(cooked)
- Ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
- Grated paneer-1/4 cup
- Green chilly-3(finely chopped)
- Potatoes-3nos
- Salt
- Oil
Method
- Cook the potatoes and mash the same.
- Soak 1 cup of oats in hot water for 15 minutes.
- Mix well it with the ingredients 2to7.(it should be a thick batter).
- Prepare round flat patties with this mixture.
- Dip it in corn flour paste and then roll it in oats.
- Grill them for 20 minutes or fry it in oil.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup.
