Here is the easy recipe to make Fish cutlet.
Ingredients
- Fish-200g (Tuna or any fleshy fish)
- Potato-3nos
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- Oil-3tbsp
- Onion-2(chopped)
- Green chilly-4(chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste-2tbsp
- Curry leaves-1sprig
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Salt as required
- Beaten egg-3nos
- Bread crumbs-3cup
- Oil-for deep fry
Method
- Cook the fish by steaming,remove the bones and mash it with your hands.
- Cook the potato with turmeric powder and salt,mash the same.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the ingredients from 5 to 8 in order which is given.
- Add garam masala and pepper powder.
- When it raw smell disappears, add fish and cook it for another few seconds.
- Now add mashed potato and mix well.
- Remove it from fire when the entire water evaporated.
- Allow it to cool and make the patties in round or oval shape as you desired.
- Dip it in beaten egg and then roll it in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry it until golden brown.
