Fish -Tuna- cutlet
Fish cutlet is easy to prepare.It is tasty as well as healthy. Tuna is the best choice to make Fish cutlet but any fish with more flesh can be used to prepare Fish cutlet.

Here is the easy recipe to make Fish cutlet.
Ingredients

  1. Fish-200g (Tuna or any fleshy fish)
  2. Potato-3nos
  3. Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  4. Oil-3tbsp
  5. Onion-2(chopped)
  6. Green chilly-4(chopped)
  7. Ginger-garlic paste-2tbsp
  8. Curry leaves-1sprig
  9. Pepper powder-1tsp
  10. Garam masala-1tsp
  11. Salt as required
  12. Beaten egg-3nos
  13. Bread crumbs-3cup
  14. Oil-for deep fry

Method


  • Cook the fish by steaming,remove the bones and mash it with your hands.
  • Cook the potato with turmeric powder and salt,mash the same.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the ingredients from 5 to 8 in order which is given.
  • Add garam masala and pepper powder.
  • When it raw smell disappears, add fish and cook it for another few seconds.
  • Now add mashed potato and mix well.
  • Remove it from fire when the entire water evaporated.
  • Allow it to cool and make the patties in round or oval shape as you desired.
  • Dip it in beaten egg and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry it until golden brown.
