Here is the easy recipe to make Mushroom cutlets
Ingredients
- Mushroom-200g
- Potato-3nos
- Onion-2(chopped)
- Green chilly-3(chopped)
- Ginger paste-1tbsp
- Green peas-1/2 cup(cooked)
- Garam masala-1tsp
- Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Amchur powder-1tbsp(optional)
- beaten egg-2
- Bread crumbs-3cup
- Oil-for deep fry
Method
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan and fry onion,chilly and ginger in order which is given.
- Add garam masala and pepper powder fry it another few seconds.
- When its raw smell disappears add mushroom and stir fry until dry and it turned brownish.
- Mix the mashed potato,salt,amchur powder and cooked peas with this mushroom.
- Remove it from fire when the entire water absorbed.
- Allow it to cool and make the patties.
- Dip each in beaten egg(maida paste) and then roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
