Here is the recipe of Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- Spaghetti-1lb
- Plum tomatoes-8
- Fresh basil-1/2 cup
- Olive oil-1/2 cup
- Garlic(chopped)-1clove
- Almonds-3tbsp
- Fresh pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt-to taste
Method
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and toss with olive oil,allow it to cool.
- Blanch and peel the tomatoes.
- Now cut the tomatoes lengthwise and remove the seeds and stem.
- Blend the chopped tomatoes along with the remaining ingredients until the almonds are broken down into tiny pieces(40 to 50 seconds).
- Combine this sauce with the spaghetti and serve.
