Ingredients
- Ripe plantain(nendran)-3nos(cut into 3, length wise)
- Oil-for deep fry
- Maida-2cup
- Sugar-1/2cup(according to the sweetness)
- Baking soda(yeast)-1/2tsp
- Salt-a small pinch.
- Water-as required
- Make a thick paste with the ingredients from 3 to 7.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Dip the banana(plantain) slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown in medium flame.
