Chilli bhaji / Chilli Bhajji
Bhajji has now become popular to eat alone as a snack.Chilli bhajji are more popular in South India. Onion Bhajji is more popular in North India.They usually served with a side of salad and slice of lemon, or with chutney .

Here is the recipe to prepare Chilli Bhajji.
Ingredients
- Light green chilly-5nos
- Besan(gram flour)-1cup
- Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
- Salt-as required
- Tamarind juice -1cup
- Oil-for deep fry
Method
- Mix the ingredients from 2 to 5 in water as a smooth paste.
- Make small split in the chilly and dip it in the tamarind juice,later in the prepared batter.
- Fry them in oil until golden brown.
- Enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
