Cheese pasta is a quick and easy Italian summer recipe like Tomato Pasta and Chicken Pasta. Pasta is a generic term for foods made from an unleavened dough of flour and water, and sometimes a combination of egg and flour. Pasta is categorized in two basic styles: dried and fresh. Dried pasta made without eggs can be stored for up to two years under ideal conditions, while fresh pasta will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator.Pasta is generally served with some type of sauce;pesto,ragù alla bolognese, tomato sauce, amatriciana,garlic,olive oil etc

Ingredients

  • Cheese(grated)-1/2 cup
  • Pasta-1/2 packet
  • Boiled corns-1cup
  • Butter-2tbsp
  • Italian seasoning-1tsp
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper powder-as required
Method
  • Prepare the pasta.
  • Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan and stir fry the pasta for few seconds.
  • Add corns and cook another few seconds.
  • Remove it from flame and add grated cheese,Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Cheese pasta is ready to  serve.
