- Olive oil-3tbsp
- White vinegar-2tbsp
- Garlic-5 clove
- Pepper(crushed)-1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock (or vegetable)-4cup
- Fresh parsley(chopped)-3tbsp
- Grated cheese-1/4cup
- Salt-to taste
Method
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Clean the florets in cold water with vinegar and drain the water.
- Bring to boil for 4 minutes in salted water.
- Drain and dry them.
- Heat olive oil and fry the garlic until golden brown colour.
- Add pepper and cauliflower,stir fry it for 5 minutes.
- Now add hot chicken stock, parsley and salt.
- Cook it for few minutes.
- Pour the soup to a bowl and sprinkle the grated cheese and enjoy.
