Ingredients
- Button mushroom(cut into small pieces) -2cup
- Olive oil-2tbsp
- Vegetable stock-3cup
- Onion(chopped)-1
- Garlic(chopped)-2tsp
- Milk-1cup
- Butter-1tbsp
- Sour cream-1/2cup
- Salt and pepper -to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and garlic until golden brown color.
- Add mushroom and stir fry for few minutes.
- Add milk and bring to boil,when it get boils add vegetable stock and put off the heat.
- Now add the sour cream and melted butter and mix well.
- Stir well and serve soon.
