Ingredients


  1. Carrot(big) - 1 no
  2. French Beans - 4 nos
  3. Cabbage(small) - 1 no
  4. Peas(coarsely ground) - 2 tbsp

Steps

  • Prepare the idly batter just like the batter for plain idlies.(Please refer plain idly recipe).
  • Mix the ingredients(1 to 4) altogether with the Idly batter.
  • Follow the method of making plain Idlis.
