CHILLY CHICKEN

Ingredients
  1. Chicken(boneless)-300 gm
  2. Ginger paste-1 tbsp
  3. Garlic paste-1tbsp
  4. Green chilly paste-1tbsp
  5. Vegetable oil-3 tbsp
  6. Onion(sliced)-1big
  7. Capsicum(sliced)-1cup
  8. Tomato sauce-2tbsp
  9. Chilly sauce-2tbsp
  10. Soy sauce-1 tsp
  11. Corn flour-1 tbsp
  12. Salt-as required

Preperation

  • Mix the chicken with the ingredients from 2to4 and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onion and capsicum(1/2 cup)for 4 to 5minutes.
  • Add all the 3 sauces into this pan and poure 1 cup of water.
  • Add the early prepared chicken to it and cook it in a low flame.
  • When it get cooked add corn flour which is dissolved in 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for few minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup of capsicum to it and switch of the flame.
  • Serve it hot with fried rice or chapati.

Tips:Use olive oil instead of any other vegetable oil to get the Chinese taste.
