Ingredients
- Chicken(boneless)-300 gm
- Ginger paste-1 tbsp
- Garlic paste-1tbsp
- Green chilly paste-1tbsp
- Vegetable oil-3 tbsp
- Onion(sliced)-1big
- Capsicum(sliced)-1cup
- Tomato sauce-2tbsp
- Chilly sauce-2tbsp
- Soy sauce-1 tsp
- Corn flour-1 tbsp
- Salt-as required
Preperation
- Mix the chicken with the ingredients from 2to4 and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry onion and capsicum(1/2 cup)for 4 to 5minutes.
- Add all the 3 sauces into this pan and poure 1 cup of water.
- Add the early prepared chicken to it and cook it in a low flame.
- When it get cooked add corn flour which is dissolved in 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for few minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of capsicum to it and switch of the flame.
- Serve it hot with fried rice or chapati.
