Pizza dough
Ingrediants
  • Active dry yeast- 2 tsp
  • Warm water-1 cup
  • Sugar -1tsp
  • Olive oil-3tbsp
  • Unbleached flour-3cup
  • Salt-1 tsp
Preperation
  • Dissolve the yeast in water.
  • Mix all the ingrediants in a bowl.
  • Pour the water into the center of the flour.
  • Combine it well and make a sticky mass.
  • Put this mass into a lightly floured surface and begin to knead the dough with the heel of the palm of your hand.
  • Push outward and pull the inside edge over the top.
  • Repeating the process over again to create a smooth dough which is not sticky.
  • Place the ball in a steel bowl which is brushed with olive oil.
  • Cover the ball with a cloth.
  • Keep it aside until it has doubled in size.
  • On a lightly floured wsurface, cut the dough into 2 equal pieces.
  • Roll out the each parts
  • Shape the sides with your hands
  • Repeat this step with the other too.
  • Now the dough is ready to recieve the toppings.
  • Cook this dough 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
