Masala Dosa | South Indian recipie| How to prepare Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a famous south Indian dish and is well known in Kerala,tamil Nadu and Karnataka.Preparing Masala Dosa is easy.

Steps

Ingedients:
To Prepare Dosa batter :

Dosa rice : 4 cups
Urad Dal : 2 cups
Salt : To taste

Soak Dosa rice and UradDal and keep it for 4 hours.Grind it and make thick paste.Keep the batter for around 8 hours.

To prepare masala.

Potato : 250gms
Onion : 1nos
Green Chilli : 4 nos.
Ginger : 1 smallpiece.
Sunflower oil:2 table spoon
Turmeric powder :1/4 tea spoon

Preparation

Prepare masla

Cook Potato peal it and smash it. Cut onion, green chilli finely.Heat oil in a frying pan.
Crack mustard and fry
onion, green chillitill red.
Add turmeric powder, salt and smashed potato.Satir well for 1 or 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the stove and keep aside.

Prepare Dosa

Heat tava and spread some gingelly oil and preapre thin dosaas usual.Cook only one side.Take a portion of the above preapred masala and place inside and roll the dosa.
Prepare chutney and serve hot.
