Mango squash
Ingredients:
  • Mango Pulp - 3 cup
  • Sugar - 3cups
  • Water - 2cups
  • Citric acid crystals - 1 tsp
  • K.M.S - a pinch
  • Mango ripe essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow colour - a pinch

Preperation

  • Heat the water and add sugar and citric acid to it.
  • Sieve it through a thin cloth and allow it to cool.
  • Add the mango juice in the sugar solution and Stir it well.
  • Add the K.M.S, Mango ripe essence and yellow colour(which is dissolved in water)to the squash.
  • Mix it well and keep it in an air tight bottle.
